1. Main configuration and accessories:
A single channel scanning inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer based on a photomultiplier tube (PMT) detector, equipped with a high-frequency generator, automatic tuning, and software with both Chinese and English operating interfaces;
Specialized automatic temperature control circulating cooling water system;
Argon gas conduit;
Cooling water pipe;
High sensitivity sampling system (efficient imported atomizer with dual cylinder atomization chamber).
2. Main technical parameters:
Desktop, plasma vertical observation system.
The plasma flame can be adjusted in two dimensions (controlled by a computer), and the "instrument diagnosis" function can be used to observe the adjustment results in real time.
Precision: superior to the A-level standard of the national verification regulations
Stability: superior to the A-level standard of the national verification regulations
Resolution: At Mn257.610nm, the peak full width at half maximum is ≤ 0.008nm (3600 line grating).
≤ 0.015 nm (2400 line grating).
All elements meet the national A-level standard, and some elements such as Ba have detection limits much lower than the national A-level standard

3. Sample injection system:
Torch tube: integrated. There are multiple models to choose from based on the size of the central channel
Nebulizer: High efficiency imported atomizer, multiple models to choose from, high salt, HF resistant, etc
Atomization chamber: Double tube atomization chamber, optional swirl atomization chamber
Total argon consumption: The total consumption of argon is less than 14L/min
The rotational speed of the peristaltic pump can be adjusted according to the required flow rate (i.e. set according to the injection speed, intuitive and accurate)
4. RF generator and plasma:
Type: Solid state RF generator, water-cooled, automatic tuning, with various safety protections for overload and overheating.
Output power: 800W~1600W, continuously adjustable, with an adjustment accuracy of 2W
The opening and flow of plasma gas, auxiliary gas, and carrier gas are controlled by software, and ignition and extinguishing are also controlled by software.
5. Optical system:
Optical stability: Designed on the same platform as the injection system, the entire optical system has shock-absorbing measures, and general ground vibrations do not affect its analytical performance. At the same time, an additional set of shock-absorbing protection is added to stabilize the foot pad of the instrument, achieving the purpose of secondary shock-absorbing.
Temperature stability: ± 0.1 ℃.

6. Control software:
The software is easy to operate and intuitive, with qualitative, semi quantitative, and quantitative analysis functions, as well as instrument diagnostic optimization functions. The software is fully in Chinese and can be switched according to needs. The output format of the report is PDF excel， Electronic files or direct printing, and can be in Chinese template format. The control software can run on the Chinese version of Windows 7 and XP. The software comes with an automatic sampler control interface.
Analyzing spectral lines: with spectral line tracing function and background subtraction function; Curve fitting: There are two different measurement methods: peak height and peak area;
Analysis parameters: Select different integration times, negative high voltage, scanning step sizes, and attenuation values for different spectral lines.
Analysis parameters: Real time wavelength correction will be automatically performed for each spectral line measurement to ensure accurate peak position measurement.
Automatic attenuation: Each spectral line can undergo automatic attenuation.
Fully automatic safety protection function, instrument communication and control use control cards, observation position is controlled and optimized by software, and it has the function of controlling the speed of peristaltic pump.
